Making process of Display panel of RCC

The 7 segment LEDs are placed on a printed circuit board, and the whole layout is decided. Metal fittings and a printed circuit board are temporarily fixed with a clip. And the mark is put on the position of the hole of a screw. << Front >> << Back >> This is in the state where the printed circuit board was fixed by the metal fittings. A CPU unit, a display control unit, and a power supply unit are attached in the back. Those attachment positions are also taken into consideration. The height of LED changes with kinds. Therefore, the height of LED is adjusted by the printed circuit board and aluminum which were cut small. This is in the state of height adjustment of LED between the hour and the minute display.
