Basically, there is not a part to adjust.

Operation confirmation of the detector

Turn variable resistor of the motion control by the light around to the right andthe output circuit always works.
Turn on the power. Move your hand in front of the infrared sensor and confirm whether or not the LED lights up. If the LED disappears 1 second later, the detector is working normally.
If the cover of the relay is the transparent plastic, the operation of the relay can be confirmed with the eyes. In the type that the relay is enclosed with the mold, it isn't possible to do the operation confirmation in the watching. It confirms the connection condition with the output terminal.

Operation adjustment by the light around

It adjusts the operation according to the light around with the variable resistor for the operation adjustment of the output circuit.
When turning the variable resistor clockwise, in the light place, the sensor works.
When turning the variable resistor counterclockwise, the sensor gets not to work in the light place. When wanting to work only in night, it turns counterclockwise.
