Making of the bending apparatus

The temperature that the plastic becomes soft depends on the material(The acrylic resin, the vinyl chloride and so on) little. It seems that from 120°C to about 160°C suits. The thickness of the board influences too. It becomes soft too much when making the thin board hot and the manufacture is difficult. The tool to make this time can control the temperature. This bending apparatus was to do the bending apparatus being which was made first for me. So, the one which has the performance which I assumed could not make. I gathered to have understood in the process of the manufacturing this time to "Progressive point". Because the partial mention contents might become your reference, I decided to leave these pages. Also, I made "bending apparatus-2" of the bending apparatus to have improved some points.
